1. Purpose of the Creator Program
The Creator Program allows a creator to share a personal Motorz link to bring new users to the platform and, in certain cases, other creators.
The program uses two separate mechanisms: a 60% creator share on eligible revenue generated by the creator’s own associated users, and a 5% growth bonus linked to creators they directly bring to Motorz.
2. 60% ex-VAT creator share
When a user joins Motorz through a creator’s personal link and later generates eligible content boost revenue, the creator may receive 60% of the relevant eligible revenue calculated excluding VAT, subject to these terms and the applicable program rules.
The program is not based on views, likes or follower counts. Compensation is linked to eligible revenue generated by users associated with the creator account.
3. User association with the creator account
A user correctly attributed through a creator’s personal link is intended to remain associated with that creator account for life. If that user later makes an eligible content boost purchase, the resulting eligible revenue may remain attributable to the creator under the program terms then in effect.
4. 60% rate commitment
Motorz intends to maintain the creator share at 60% for at least the first six months applicable to the creator. After that period, the model may evolve, but Motorz’s current commitment is that the creator share will not fall below 50% of the relevant eligible revenue.
5. 5% growth bonus
Creator A who directly brings Creator B into the Creator Program may benefit from a 5% bonus on eligible content boost revenue generated by users brought directly by Creator B.
This bonus is separate from the 60% share that Creator B may receive on their own users.
6. One level only
The 5% bonus operates on one direct level only. Creator B cannot create an additional level for the benefit of Creator A.
The structure therefore stops at the direct A → B relationship. There are no cascading or multi-level commissions for A.
7. Duration of the 5% bonus
The 5% bonus is currently intended to apply for an indefinite period. It may evolve if the Creator Program rules are changed in the future.
8. Eligible revenue
Only revenue considered eligible by Motorz under the Creator Program is taken into account, including certain paid content boosts. Refunds, cancellations, fraud, disputed payments, incomplete transactions or excluded operations may not generate compensation.
9. Payments and fund availability
After an eligible content boost transaction, the corresponding funds are intended to become available after 14 days. Withdrawals may then be made weekly from the creator area, subject to applicable payment checks and rules.
Payments are handled through Stripe. Creators must satisfy the identity, account and eligibility requirements imposed by the payment infrastructure.
10. No income guarantee
Joining the Creator Program does not guarantee any level of income. Results depend on factors including the number of correctly attributed users, their use of Motorz, eligible purchases and the overall development of the platform.
11. Fair use and fraud
Motorz may refuse, suspend or cancel compensation in cases of fraud, fake accounts, artificial self-attribution, manipulation of the attribution system, fictitious transactions, abuse of the program or breach of Motorz rules.
12. Program changes
Motorz may update the Creator Program to reflect regulatory, technical, economic or platform changes. Any commitment expressly announced for a fixed period remains applicable for that announced period, subject to fraud, illegality or technical or regulatory impossibility.
13. Future creator-account transfers
Motorz plans to eventually allow creator-account transfers subject to applicable conditions. This does not guarantee resale or value. Any future value would depend on factors such as user base, revenue history, performance and transfer rules then in effect.
14. Acceptance
Participation in the Creator Program implies acceptance of the applicable program rules. If marketing material conflicts with the program terms then in effect, the applicable program terms prevail.
